We would like to inform you that we are very impressed with the two technicians sent by Multi Technologies for the professional manner in which they carried out their work at our home setting up fibre lines. They took the time to explain the whole procedure of what needed to be done and what they were doing. They were polite, professional and said they enjoy their work. They worked long hours and remained in contact with us by mobile, keeping us informed of times etc. You have two very valuable employees who need to be recognised. These good workers need to be retained as they are hard to come by. Good on you two, look forward to seeing you both again when our TV skyboxes are installed.

I would like to let you know how awesome your technician Sam was. He came to our place to address a fault with our landline, one that other technicians hadn't been able to resolve. He was extremely friendly and went through all the possible options to find out what was causing our landline to intermittently stop working. Being rural meant our internet and cell signal would go out too as the modem and sure signal run through the land line. Sam checked all possible sites and then noticed the line at the bottom of a pole had been chewed up by something (cow? possum? cat?) and proceeded to fix it. Please pass on a huge thank you, he is an outstanding member of your team.
